Step 1 — Flash 

Remove two 5 mm Phillips #000 screws below the flash component.

 In order to complete this step the flash must be open. To open the flash press the button located above the lens on the leftward side of the camera.

Use blue plastic opening tool to pry open the casing for the flash.

Remove the plastic casing surrounding the flash.

Step 4

Pull the wires connecting the flash out of the camera.

Unsolder the wires that connect the flash component.
