News:

The Crusaders went 3-for-3 at home this past week, getting a pair of straight-set wins on the volleyball court, then an 80-75 victory by the men’s basketball team on Saturday against visiting Cal State Los

Angeles. The road didn’t prove as welcoming for the NNU women’s basketball team, though, as they fell at No. 3 ranked Cal Baptist on Thursday and at Point Loma on Saturday. While it was a limited week of Crusader action on the hardwood, NNU also racked up awards as 8 women’s soccer student-athletes were named to the GNAC All-Academic Team, and 7 men’s soccer student-athletes were also honors. One of those men’s soccer players earning academic honors was Erik Anderson who was named a CoSIDA Academic All-American, as well. And, five volleyball players were tabbed as GNAC All-Academic Team members during the week, also.
