The SIOR Canada Central Chapter is seeking nominations for the Industrial Broker, Office Broker, and Young Professional who made the biggest impact in 2015. The Broker of the Year Awards will be held on Wednesday, December 9th, 2014 at the Palais Royale. A selection committee of peers and representatives from the brokerage, landlord and development community will review nominations and interview a short list of applicants. SIOR is encouraging nominees and will follow up on your behalf and will also be contacting each nominee for bios and photos, so that the 2015 Broker of the Year winner remain confidential until the evening of the event. Please note, you do not need to be an SIOR member to apply for the nominations. All submissions are welcome! Applications can be submitted via fax or email no later than Friday, October 30, 2015 at 5:00 PM . The following elements will be taken into consideration by our judges when evaluating submissions:
