Baja California Mexico August, 2016 Dear Prayer Partners: I want to sincerely thank each of you who were so kind as to send sympathy cards following the untimely death of my precious Gloria. And I especially am so grateful for the special offerings which were sent in to help with the costs of the funeral. Thank you all so very, very much. I thank my Lord daily for His amazing grace over me as I carry on without my faithful helpmate of nearly 56 years. I have been asked what I will do now, and I suppose the best answer is learn how to cook and do laundry, which I am in the process of doing. I will be visiting some churches in the east and in Texas through November, and then return here to Tijuana and resume teaching in our bible institute in January. Our family is so grateful to you also for all of the prayers that have gone up on our behalf. On May 22nd, there were 833 in attendance for the inauguration and dedication of the new auditorium of the El Camino Baptist Church. It was a great service, with a nearly full house, followed by dinner on the grounds. There were many first time visitors, decisions were made for Christ and believers that followed the Lord in baptism. Though not yet fully completed, what a blessing to finally be in the new building, after needing the space for so long. We held our 18th graduation ceremony of the Tijuana Fundamental Baptist Bible Institute on June the 11th, with four fine young men having completed their studies here and moving on to follow the will of the Lord for their lives in service to Him. Please pray with us that the Lord will send us a good group of students as the next term begins in September.
