The new fixture matrix should allow us to provide a more balanced programme for all divisions, but as no doubt you can appreciate this is a complex undertaking with the whole programme dependent on clubs’ acceptance that special requests will be almost impossible to accommodate as just one fixture adjustment leads to a domino effect across the whole programme because of the makeup of our divisions. Please bear this in mind and only if you have any absolutely imperative special requests, detail these below and they will be given consideration to. However, it is entirely likely you will be asked simply to agree changes with your opposition in line with the procedures detailed in rule 22 after first receiving approval from the LMC. It is hoped that with the new programme in use, fixtures can be produced by the end of the calendar year for the next season, and this will give clubs ample time to check their fixtures.
