1. Call to order by Region Director Dan Pfeffer 2. Region Director Report a. Attended National Senior Games and 7 ASA National Tournaments this year. 3. Region JO Director Report a. Regional Qualifier Brackets posted on website b. National Qualifier Brackets posted on website 4. Region UIC Report a. 100 umpires at 2015 National Umpire School in Rochester. b. 5 National Tournaments in the Region in 2015 c. There will not be a National Umpire School in Region 11 in 2016. d. Presented report with a list of all Region 11 Umpires that worked ASA Nationals in 2015. 5. Old Business a. No Old Business 6. New Business a. Bids in Region: 1. JO Girls’ Fast Pitch - Sioux Falls, South Dakota will be withdrawing their 2017 ASA/USA 12-Under and ASA /USA 16-Under bids. Rochester, North Mankato, Yankton, and Rapid City are bidding 2017 14-Under B Girls’ Fast Pitch. Rochester, Yankton, North Mankato and Rapid City are bidding 2017 16-Under A. 2. JO Girls’ Slow Pitch – Watertown, South Dakota will be bidding. Gary Young mentioned that a Minnesota community wanted to host and will be contacting Dan Pfeffer 3. Adult Slow Pitch – Mandan and North Mankato are bidding D Northern Men’s Slow Pitch. Mandan is bidding E/Rec Northern Men’s Slow Pitch.
