The competition was amazing with races for boys and girls from Y3 up to Y6. Including competitors and spectators there were over 200 people at this event which is fantastic. The top 6 runners from each secondary school cluster will now go on to run in the Stockton finals on 23rd January at Preston Park. The teams can be found on the next 2 pages!

Y5 and 6 Indoor Athletics 13th November
We had a great indoor athletics competition this year with 3 teams attending their classes for this event, there were over 100 students taking part in various indoor athletics events including, sprints, relays, basketball throw, indoor javelin, standing long jump and vertical jump. The competitive spirit displayed was great and all the students had a lot of fun trying out the different events and discovering their hidden athletics talents. A big thank you to all of the staff and students who helped out at this event and made it a great success. Well done to Roseberry primary who won and went on to represent Northfield at the indoor athletics finals at Northfield school on 20th November.
