Meeting was brought to order @ 8:12 pm Decisions: Minutes approved from January and February Open Action Items: Miguel Cora, President: Approve minutes from January & February: Motion, John Cannon, 2 nd John Loftus Facebook page: Ken is posting announcements NOSO ice skating night $4 In-House registration is ongoing Coaches meeting will be 2 weeks before the season begins John Cannon, Vice President: Golf Outing is set w/Springvale minimum of 100 golfers needed for shotgun start call Chik-fil-A about pre-round lunch, regs. will be @ 1:00 pm seeing if Giant Eagle will discount steak prices projected cost $75-80 per golfer hole sponsorship $50-100 w/uniform signage donations, raffles, buy-ins, & betting hole Bundle sponsor w/field sponsor for NOSO & divide the money between 2 events Need to begin solicitation for sponsors and donations ASAP Beth Hayes, Treasurer: No Report Colleen Hayes, Secretary: No Report Registrar- OPEN: No Report

Pete Meckes, Director of Referees & Schedules: Referee classes will be held at Tri-C West scheduling changes coming in from both leagues some requests are coming in that don’t match game numbers of the game numbers posted In-House begins “maybe” 4/16, might need to mix-in weekday games Coaches In-House meeting 3/27 @ Rec Ken Janosek, Director of Public Relations: Arnold has put together a test email for blast, format needs to be corrected 5,000 database Ads in the Cincinnati Cup, trade ad for ad, it’s a fall tournament will trade email list Penn West email blast deal Hotel, Hampton & Best Western, need to call Radison contact Courtyard Marriot about contract OPEN, Director of In-House: Tom Hatfield, Director of Tournaments: Arnold referred a Canadian team some brochures returned, bad address, Ken will make changes to registration Currently registering teams, most have paid w/credit card Waiting on checks from some, will need to enter their registration in the system Tournament is international Brochure drop at indoor facilities Matt Steinmetz, Director of Fields: No Report John Loftus, Boys Travel Director: Preliminary schedules are out, scheduling & making changes Cindy Salazar/Rachel Dunn, Girls Travel Co-Director: ongoing scheduling changes last minute roster changes
