March Meeting Agenda 1. Opening Prayer – John 2. Treasurer’s Report – Ryan o We currently have $1300 in our account. 3. Secretary’s Report – Natalie o The minutes of this meeting will be online. 4. Old Business o We are continuing desk cleaning this month after school on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is a quick and easy way to receive service hours and help keep the school healthier during the flu season. STUDENTS MUST SIGN IN WITH MRS CAROPRESE AND COMPLETE SERVICE FORM. DESKS MUST BE CLEANED PER INSTRUCTIONS, NOT JUST RUSHED THROUGH.– Milan o We are extending the book and magazine drive this month until the 16th of March. We want to collect gently used books that are in good condition. These can be deposited in the Key Club Box in the Main office under the bench.– Ryan 5. New Business o The St Patrick’s Day Party at Moravian Hall Square will most likely be the beginning of April. This date will be set shortly and announced on our bulletin board, on the website and through the REMIND NOTICE. We will have a committee sign-up sheet to help plan this even up front. The committee meeting will be Wednesday the 21st of March. o Special Olympics is on April 26th this year. We will have a committee for this event and there is a sign-up sheet for that us here at the table. The special committee meeting is March 19th. To participate in Special Olympics in general (meaning as a buddy and not on the committee), you must have participated in at least three key club activities this year. - Gillian o To join the remind group, text @e4748e to the number 81010 – John 6.
