September Meeting Agenda 1. Opening Prayer – Gillian 2. Treasurer’s Report – John o Over the summer, Executive Board decided to donate $200 to March of Dimes and $200 to Angel 34. We currently have just over $400.00 in our account. 3. Secretary’s Report – Natalie o The minutes of this meeting will be online. 4. Old Business o None 5. New Business o This month we have to collect everyone’s dues. The fee is $25 which includes your membership costs, and a T-shirt with a new design. The forms for this can be picked up here at this table at the end of the meeting. We will also put the form online under the Key Club page. – Milan o We are also having a collection for the homeless. We are looking for hats, gloves, mittens, backpacks and new socks. o This year members can sign up for a Remind account that we have set up. Remind is an app that we can send reminders through for upcoming meetings, projects, and deadlines. The name of the class to join is __________ and the code for access is __________. – Ryan 6.
