Our swim club is located just outside the perimeter close to the intersection of Chamblee-Tucker Road and Henderson Mill Road. Our parking lot is small, and during the meet, spaces will be reserved for coaches, directors, and officials. Please have your swimmers park in the adjacent Holy Cross Catholic Church parking lot or on one side of the street in the surrounding neighborhood (Hathaway Court, Rockaway Road, and Castaway Lane). Please do not block driveways or park on corners. If you park in the Holy Cross Parking lot, please be kind and do not leave trash behind (it is Church Property).

Volunteers Per the Atlanta Swim Association rules, visiting teams should provide the following volunteers to assist in operation of the meet: Clerks of Course/Deck Managers Timers for Lanes 2 & 3 Place Judge Computer Assistant Ribbons Worker(s) We use the Colorado Dolphin Timing System which wirelessly sends swimmers times to the computer; therefore, master recorders are not needed. We will also record order of finish in accordance with ASA rules. A timers meeting will be held at 5:45 PM before the meet begins.
Ribbons Nottaway will supply ribbons for the non-exhibition events. Visiting teams should supply ribbons for their swimmers for exhibition heats.
Warm Ups and Bullpen Areas Swim meets begin promptly at 6:00 pm. We will have warm-ups from 4:455:15 for the Nottaway Newts and give our guests the pool from 5:15-5:45 to warm up. Our pool has 5 lanes with the starting located on the far (deep) end. No diving is permitted from the shallow end.
Space around the pool deck is limited. We offer our visitors the lawn area closer to the turn end of the pool. Please keep chairs on the grassed area and off the concrete deck.

Concessions Please make sure to visit our concession stand! It is located at the end of the Pavilion. We offer a wide variety of food including Chick-fil-a, Bambinelli’s pizza, and a variety of salads, chips, candy, baked goods, ice cream, and drinks.
