Did You Know? *Panhellenic Scholarship Fall Luncheon is at Ditka’s with a comedian. Mark Nov. 6th, 11:30 on your calendar. I emailed the reservation form to dues paid members. If anyone else would like to join us, just let me know. *We are having a book share/ book swap at our November meeting at Sarah Reschly’s. Start looking for your book. *Garage sale at Laura Schellenbach’s home on June 2 & 3, 2017. Save your “stuff”! *Our January event will be in Paula Hoerner’s Barrington home instead of Sur La Table. Everyone is to bring an appetizer and the recipe. We begin the fun at 7:00. Thank you Paula for hosting!! *Stephenie Mete, Carol Callanan-Uhl, and George Macey were also willing to help us out in January. Thank you ladies!!
We enjoyed a great evening of sisterhood and wine at D’Vine Wine in Palatine. Thank you to Cindy Cubberley and Laurie Summers for organizing the program. Sue Dunmead and Pat Juza visited Jan Bowsher in her new Wind Point, Wis. home. Jan is within walking distance of Lake Michigan. We wish Jan well in her new place but are hoping she will come back once in a while to visit.

After the board meeting we worked on potpourri bags to give to Iota, our Chicago Area Council adopted collegiate chapter for this year. Great idea, Cathy! Thank you for organizing everything so we could make almost 70 as quickly as we did!! Rosie joined in the fun.
