We understand that by submitting this form that we are committing to play in the tournament games scheduled for the weekend of Saturday, Nov. 18th, through Sunday, Nov. 19th, 2017, to be held at SYFA Fields, Slidell, LA. This commitment is necessary as we have to prepare schedules and brackets. The entry fee for the tournament is $150/ team. Communities bringing 3 or more teams will receive discount. Trophies will be given to each member of the top three placing teams in each division. (Limit 25 trophies per team).
