~ Drew Rasmussen Committees director Moved a Peewee A down to Peewee B due to a skater on the Peewee B team leaving town. A tryout was held and parents were spoken too. Outdoor ice is progression. Will be installing the liner threshold and netting soon. Bantam B skater made a racial slur toward another player on another team. Skater was suspended for 1 game, he wrote a letter of apology to the other skater and also to that skaters association.
VP Tournaments Katie Kaddatz Provided report: Bantam A tournament - Little Falls, Princeton, Willmar, North Country Blue Devils and Hermantown Bantam B tournaments – Little Falls, MAML, Bemidji, Princeton, Prairie Center North Stars, North Country Blue Devils Peewee A – Little Falls, St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Duluth Ease, Eden Prairie, Andover Peewee B – Little Falls, LDC, St. Cloud, Willmar, Warroad, Mankato Squirt A – Little Falls, NLL, North Country Blue Devils, Sartell, Coon Rapids, Princeton Squirt C – Little Falls, NLL, Fargo Grey, Princeton, Becker-Big Lake, Johnson camo Will be awarding medals at all tournaments and providing skating towels for gifts
Registration Karen Anez Continues to have 5 skaters left on payment plans that are not making payments. Will have 2 on scholarships.

Publicity Olga Archer Pictures are completed. Received small criticism for not enough lead time for teams. Requesting to use photographer’s pictures on website. Will place a large picture at Main Gate of whole association. Ideas for newsletter, outdoor ice, sponsors and how it will be used
Treasure Carmen Johnson Kohl’s store has donated $1000 and may send workers for tournaments. Coaches will receive ½ payment prior to Christmas.

Remove 8,000 and 10,000 payment as previously stated. 1st Carmen Johnson 2nd Katie Kaddatz Motion carried Dave will make that request to GRB as stated by rules. Dave will report audit recommendations to CJ Macs as they pertain to them. Dave provided letter from Jill Perron dated 11-7-12 from the GRB as directed. Letter received at 8:25 PM. Process continues to look for a possible new gambling manager.
