Scenario After the live event, we follow up with the attendees to find prospects for my sales team. My sales people will call the prospect, make contact with them, negotiate then close the deal. Most of our sales are for our low dollar plan, but we do have a few high dollar sales. We sometimes have to offer creative payment plans for those. The low dollar plan is something that most of our customers will just go online and purchase.
When to Start the Nurture Campaign • Need to know the average sales cycle timing – could be days, weeks, months, years. • Start after the average sales cycle time. • Can also start after they don’t take the next step. • Frequency of touches based on length of sales cycle.
