our lineup. They are finely tuned instruments, with not one ounce of material wasted, every feature and detail driven by purpose and strategy. Subtly moving the front pole hub overhead gives the pole skeleton shoulders, creating more interior volume without the need for an additional ridge pole. A raised waterproof tub floor allows cutouts in the fly to save significant EXTREME CONDITIONS weight while improving ventilation. Separate vestibules and entrances on Obi™ 3P eliminate jostling for position and gear storage with vestibules perfectly sized for tucking in your pack and shoes at night.

INNOVATIONS
NEMO is constantly developing new aluminum POLEpole SUPPORTED AIRSUPPORTED EXTREMEhardware, CONDITIONS technology, and frame configura- NEMO PRODUC STATISTIC TECHNOLOGY TECHNOLOGY TECHNOLOGY tions to maximize the strength, wind resistance, interior volume, weight, and usability of our tents. We pursue simplicity and pure geometric forms wherever possible. Classic arch shapes are used to fend off top loads and catenary curves transfer tension through fabric panels. Every design element is deliberate and has a functional purpose, much like nature itself. EXTREME CONDITIONS
OBI™ 3P HIGHLIGHTS The DAC Jake’s Foot corner anchor system makes setup fast and easy. The Jake’s Feet also improve fabric tension by acting as cantilevers to pull the corners of the inner tent closer to the ground. Pole hubs at the front and rear of the tent allow multiple poles to intersect at a single point creating a unique pole architecture that allows free-standing support while minimizing pole weight. Strategic controlled bends in the poles achieve a maximum volume to weight ratio. By utilizing bends in just the right places, this pole set creates about one and a half times the volume of standard unbent pole sets of similar weight. Two doors and two vestibules eliminate jostling for position and gear storage. Both vestibules can be used in multiple configurations depending on weather conditions and your need for privacy. Strategic cutouts in the fly combined with high bathtub walls allow low-to-high ventilation. Even when the vestibules are fully closed, catenary cuts allow air movement under the vestibule and into the tent.
An integrated Light Pocket™ diffuses light from your headlamp to cast an even glow throughout the tent. Interior mesh gear pockets are sized to fit glasses, books, hats, or gloves. On the fly configuration is a lightweight tarp structure created by your fly, poles, and footprint. Setup is simple with Jake’s Feet corner anchors.
OBI™ 3P ACCESSORIES Footprints reduce the wear and tear on your tent floor from contact with the ground. They are made of 70D abrasion-resistant nylon fabric and perfectly sized to your tent. The fabric is PU coated for waterproofness. Pawprints™ are removable liners perfectly sized to button snap to the inside corners of your tent. They protect your tent floor from boots and paws, and add serious comfort. Pawprints™ are made of soft machine-washable brushed polyester. Place your sleeping pads between a Pawprint™ and floor to help them stay in place. Gear Caddies are detachable mesh storage units. Two Light Pockets™ hold your headlamp and diffuse light throughout the tent. Gear Lofts add additional overhead storage without compromising floor space or elbow room. Made of mesh and featuring two storage pockets, the Gear Loft is perfect for drying clothes or stashing gear for quick access.

1 Stake Corners (optional) Secure the corner anchors by pounding stakes into the ground with a rock or hard object. If the ground is too hard, tie the anchors to a rock or another heavy object.
2 Attach Jake’s Feet Press the ball ends of poles into the fittings (Jake’s Feet) at the corners of the inner tent. To make sure your poles are the correct direction, match the pole color to the webbing on the anchors.
3 Clips Attach the inner tent to the main poles with clear clips. Attach the brow pole over main poles by snapping both ends of the ball caps on the sides of the tent.
4 Attach Fly Clip the corners of your tent fly to the last bar on the Jake’s Feet. Pull firmly on the adjustable corner anchors. Proper tension ensures maximum water shedding and wind resistance.
5 Stake Vestibules and Tension Fly Stake the vestibule anchors and pull firmly on the webbing to ensure proper tension in the fly. Make sure ridge pole is aligned with reinforcement patches, secure with velcro. ©2012 NEMO Equipment, Inc. Remember to leave no trace. Before leaving your campsite, take a thorough look around making sure you have not left anything behind, out of place, or damaged.
