Honorable James Noble, President City of Kingston Common Council 420 Broadway Kingston, N.Y. 12401 Dear President Noble, I write regarding the proposed revisions for the resolution pertaining to the Cornell Street parking lot on Smith Avenue. The revised resolution should prohibit parking on the northwest side of Cornell Street (Shirt Factory side), from the intersection of Smith Avenue to a point 150 feet northwest of the intersection. Furthermore, the resolution should indicate that parking on the southeast side of Cornell Street (Post Office side), from the intersection of Smith Avenue to a point 150 feet northwest of the intersection be designated as a “20 minute parking” spot. I respectfully request that this be placed on the General Government/Public Safety Agenda on August 23rd. Thank you for your consideration.
