The District’s proposed budget of $70,938,000 The proposed levy of 0.05% - the lowest on record will ask our taxpayers to share $30,066 across approximately $3 billion of assessed real estate within the two villages. This is well within our record low 0.23% tax cap.

A Bond Referendum to make the necessary improvements to both our electrical panels and the men’s and women’s locker rooms in PMHS at no additional cost to taxpayers This $3 million bond will be budget neutral based on savings achieved from refunding the 2006 bonds in Spring 2016.

The creation of a capital reserve fund not to exceed $1.5 million that can be funded over 15 years Its purpose will be to fund general improvements related to the District’s facilities including athletic field reconstruction, eventual turf field replacement, irrigation improvements, lighting improvements, asphalt, concrete stairs and sidewalks, fencing and/or other needs identified in the District Wide Athletic Field Master Plan.
