2017 Cornell Cooperative Extension Ulster County offers a ServSafe® Food Safety Manager Certification and Re-Certification course. This one day class is intended for professionals working in the food industry. *ServSafe Manager, 6th Edition Textbook with Exam (sku# ESX6R) must be purchased prior to the class and studied at home. The textbook will be reviewed in the morning portion of the class and the Certification exam will be administered in the afternoon.
