ONLINE FLEX PACK VOUCHER REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Go to ChicagoWolves.com/MyTix 2. Log In: Enter the email address associated with your account. If you don’t know your login information, contact your ticket representative If you don’t know the PIN, you can reset it, or contact your representative for help

Once you’re logged in, scroll down to “2017-18 Flex Pack Vouchers”
Click “Manage this event” in the 2017-18 Flex Vouchers section 4

Click the boxes next to the vouchers you wish to exchange

Click Exchange
Select your desired game and hit continue

Select your seats on the interactive seat map and hit Checkout. If you want to upgrade seats, the cost to upgrade will be displayed below.

Verify your seat exchange order.
11 Complete the order summary – including shipping and billing information. Unless you are upgrading seats, you should not be prompted to enter payment information in. The voucher will apply at the end.
12 Print your tickets out at home or scan in with your smartphone at Allstate Arena on the day of the game.
