We run a mixed operation that includes both livestock and vegetable crops. Are you comfortable working in both capacities? How do you feel about participating in humane livestock slaughter?

Personal Health Are you in good health and able to do strenuous work? Are you able to lift at least 50 pounds? At times, we will engage in repetitive tasks which may include hours bent over on hands and knees weeding and harvesting. Are you able to perform these tasks? Can you work full days outdoors regardless of the weather (extreme conditions include situations like hot summer days in the greenhouses to damp and cold fall days in the field)? Do you have any allergies or food restrictions? Do you have any physical limitations that might affect your ability to work in a rural setting and do farm, livestock, construction work?
