If you have questions or concerns at any time before, during, or after your OSR seminar experience, please don’t hesitate to communicate your needs to the OSR staff.

There are two major airports that service the seminar location. One is Boston’s Logan International Airport (BOS – http://www.massport.com). This airport is approximately 90 minutes from Manchester. Taxi/limo rates are approximately $100.00 USD (one way); tip not included. The second airport is Manchester/Boston Regional Airport (MHT http://flymanchester.com/). This airport is 15 minutes from the training venue. Taxi rates are approximately $20.00 USD (one way); tip not included. It’s not always possible, but where you can secure travel in and out of MHT, you’ll find this to be low a stress, maximally convenient experience as compared to BOS.
WHERE TO STAY In Manchester, you’ll find plenty of options for overnight accommodations. THINGS TO DO We’ll do our best to keep you busy during the day – but evenings and any weekend pre/post seminar are yours to explore: Shop at the Mall of NH Just a few miles from downtown in the Manchester business district, this mall has a mix of retail stores and restaurants to visit. Dining in downtown Manchester There are many restaurants, cafes, diners, pubs within easy walking distance of OSR and are hotels. Get out and explore the downtown area… Catch a show at the SNHU Arena The arena, located in Manchester, NH, hosts entertainers and events of worldwide notoriety. Sports Fan? Nearby Manchester NH is home to the Monarchs, an EHCL affiliate of the LA Kings, and the NH Fisher Cats, a Double-A affiliate of the Toronto Blue Jays. Take a Hike! NH is a scenic wonder, offering ample options for hikers of all abilities to enjoy the true beauty of the state. Try a local, world famous hike up Mount Monadnock, or cruise up into the beautiful White Mountains to get a glimpse of the Presidentials, including Mount Washington. The folks at Hike New Hampshire can guide you. FINDING OSR Once you’re in the area, point your favorite GPS device or application to the venue address: 889 Elm Street, 6th Floor Manchester, NH 03101 On arrival at 889 Elm Street, walk straight through the lobby to the elevator doors. OSR’s training facilities are on the 6 th floor. IMPORTANT: OSR is located in the downtown district of Manchester. There are parking lots that allow parking for up to 10 hours ($.75/hr), but most on-street parking is limited to 2-hour parking (same rate). We recommend walking (if at an area hotel) or taking a taxi/Uber.

YOUR FIRST DAY We certainly look forward to meeting you! Please plan to arrive between 8:15 - 8:45 AM to check in with your instructor and enjoy our continental breakfast and a hot cup of coffee or tea. In addition to our breakfast, we’ll keep you fueled with snacks, and various caffenated and uncaffenated beverages all day. There are several great lunch venues within a block or two of OSR…Please don’t hesitate to ask for a recommendation!
Class will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and end at approximately 5:00 PM daily. The instructors tend not to end the seminars early due to the content load, so please plan your travel arrangements accordingly. Dress attire at the seminar is casual. Jeans and t-shirts are perfectly appropriate.
PREPARATION Please be sure to read through the following laptop setup requirements to ensure that the laptop you bring is properly configured and tested for use in the hands-on lab exercises of this seminar: Hardware Requirement: Students are expected to bring their own laptop, with a 32-bit or 64-bit version of WinDbg (the Windows kernel-mode debugger) pre-installed and tested. The most recent version of the Debugging Tools for Windows is distributed as part of the Windows SDK, and may be downloaded from here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/enus/windows/hardware/gg463009.aspx — We recommend laptops have a minimum of 20GB of free space (though this is not a requirement). If it is impossible for you to provide a suitable laptop, contact our seminar team to discuss your options. And as always, if you have any questions regarding setup, please do contact us in advance of your seminar so that we may assist.
