As the first step in setting attendee expectations, we’re providing this document to assist you in making plans and preparing for your OSR training experience. If you have questions or concerns at any time before, during, or after your OSR seminar experience, please don’t hesitate to communicate your needs to the OSR staff.

There are two major airports serving the seminar location. One is Washington Dulles International (IAD www.metwashairports.com/dulles/dulles.htm). Taxi/limo rates are approximately $18.00 USD (one way); tip not included. The conference center is approximately 2 miles from this airport and offers all of their guests’ complementary shuttle service to and from Dulles Airport. To find out when and where you can catch the shuttle, please call your hotel. They will provide you with the location the shuttle stops to pick up our guests and approximately how long until the shuttle arrives. Typically, their shuttles stop at door 2H to pick up guests. The second airport is Baltimore Washington International (BWI http://www.bwiairport.com/en). This airport is 60 minutes from the training venue, however, has many flight options and reduced airfares over Dulles. Shuttle service rates are approximately $70.00 USD (one way); tip not included.
WHERE TO STAY This Dulles training facility is also conveniently located within walking distance to all of our partner Dulles hotels, including the Holiday Inn Dulles Airport hotel, the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Dulles hotel, the Hampton Inn & Suites Dulles Airport hotel, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dulles hotel, and the Best Western Dulles Airport Inn.
As a part of the ECTC Dulles “campus advantage” they offer a FREE area shuttle to/from all of their partner hotels, O'Malley's Pub, local business, shops, and restaurants, as well as to/from Dulles International Airport (IAD).

YOUR FIRST DAY We certainly look forward to meeting you! The recommended hotels are within 5 minutes of the seminar venue. Please plan to arrive between 8:15 - 8:45 AM to check in with your instructor and enjoy our continental breakfast and a hot cup of coffee! In addition to our breakfast, we’ll keep you fueled with a buffet lunch, morning & afternoon breaks, and various caffenated and uncaffenated beverages. If you have any dietary restrictions, please communicate these to the point of contact before your scheduled seminar, so that we may make the appropriate arrangements. Class will begin promptly at 9:00 AM and end at approximately 5:00 PM daily. The instructors tend not to end the seminars early due to the content load, so please plan your travel arrangements accordingly. Dress attire at the seminar is casual. Jeans and t-shirts are perfectly appropriate.
