ADVANCED SIGNAL TIMING COURSE
BOOK 7 TRAINING COURSE The next OTM Book 7 Training Course will be held December 8, 2016 in Mississauga.
The Advanced Signal Timing Course will be held on December 7, 2016 in Markham. This advanced signal timing course has been revised for 2016 and is designed to provide the traffic engineering practitioner with concepts and techniques used to define, calculate and implement signal timing plans for various operating conditions and characteristics
The Ontario Traffic Manual’s Book 7 (Temporary Conditions) has been developed to provide basic uniform requirements for traffic control in work zones during roadway or utility construction and maintenance operations on or adjacent to public highways including ramps and municipal roads and streets, (as well as other public ways to which road traffic has access). TECHNICAL TRAFFIC OPERATIONS COURSE The 2017 Technical Traffic Operations Course will be held March 20-31 in Aylmer. This course will focus on providing participants with a basic overview of all aspects of traffic engineering including an understanding of the various types of traffic control devices and how to use them.
