ﺗﻤﺎرﻳﻦ رﻳﺸﺔ اﻟﻌﻮد
اﻟﻤﺪرس :ﻃﺎرق اﻟﺠﻨﺪي اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻮى :ﻣﺘﻘﺪم ﻋﺪد اﻟﻔﻴﺪﻳﻮﻫﺎت٥ : دورة ﺗﻤﺎرﻳﻦ اﻟﺮﻳﺸﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻳﺪ اﺳﺘﺎذ ﻃﺎرق اﻟﺠﻨﺪي ﻫﻲ ﺟﺰء ﻣﻦ دورة ﺗﻤﺎرﻳﻦ ﻣﺘﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ آﻟﺔ اﻟﻌﻮد و ﻫﻲ ﺗﺘﻜﻮن ﻣﻦ ﺧﻤﺴﺔ ﻓﻴﺪﻳﻮﻫﺎت ﻣﻜﺜﻔﺔ ﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ ﻣﻬﺎرة اﻟﻌﺰف ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻳﺸﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻴﺪ اﻟﻴﻤﻨﻰ .ﺗﺘﻀﻤﻦ اﻟﺪورة أﻧﻤﺎط ﻣﺘﻨﻮﻋﺔ ﻟﻠﻌﺰف ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻳﺸﺔ و ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎت و أﺳﺎﻟﻴﺐ ﺗﻄﻮر ﻣﺴﺘﻮى اﻟﻌﺰف و ﺗﺴﻬﻞ اﻟﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﺳﺮﻋﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺰف .اﻟﺘﻄﺒﻴﻖ اﻟﺼﺤﻴﺢ ﻟﻠﺘﻤﺎرﻳﻦ و اﻟﻨﺼﺎﺋﺢ ﻳﻜﻮن ﺑﺎﻟﺰﻳﺎدة اﻟﺘﺪرﻳﺠﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﺮﻋﺔ و اﻟﻤﻮاﻇﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺘﻤﺮﻳﻦ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﺟﺎد .ﻫﺬه اﻟﺪورة ﺟﺪا ﻟﻤﻦ ﻳﺮﻳﺪ إﺗﻘﺎن اﻟﻌﺰف ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ و اﻟﻤﺤﺎﻓﻈﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﻘﺎء ﻣﻬﻤﺔ ً اﻟﺼﻮت و اﻟﻮﺻﻮل ﻟﺪرﺟﺔ ﻣﺘﻘﺪﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻌﺰف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﻮد
.١اﻟﺠﺰء اول ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪرس اول ﻳﻌﻄﻲ ﻃﺎرق اﻟﺠﻨﺪي أول ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﺗﻤﺎرﻳﻦ ﻟﺘﻄﻮﻳﺮ اﻟﻌﺰف ﺑﺎﻟﺮﻳﺸﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻴﺪ اﻟﻴﻤﻨﻰ ،اﻟﻬﺪف ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻤﺎرﻳﻦ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻋﺎم ﻫﻮ أن ﻳﻌﺘﺎد اﻟﻌﺎزف ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺤﺮﻛﺔ اﻟﺼﺤﻴﺤﺔ ﻟﻠﺮﻳﺸﺔ ﻣﻦ ﺧﻼل ﺗﻜﺮار ﻫﺬه اﻟﺘﻤﺎرﻳﻦ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻌﺎزف اﻟﻤﻮاﻇﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﺑﺸﻜﻞ ﻳﻮﻣﻲ و اﻟﺒﺪء ﺑﺴﺮﻋﺔ ﺑﻄﻴﺌﺔ و زﻳﺎدة ﺳﺮﻋﺔ اﻟﻌﺰف ﺗﺪرﻳﺠﻴ ًﺎ ﻟﻠﻮﺻﻮل إﻟﻰ ﺳﺮﻋﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﻴﺔ ﺗﻤﺮﻳﻦ 1
