Our Future’s So Bright! The following Brighter Day children made the transition to new classrooms this month! These radiant students are continuing on the path to a bright future in learning, socializing and in the Son! From Daycare to Miss Amy’s 2 year old room:

Avery Livingston is going to Kindergarten! We will miss you!
Marshmallow Roasting— Using our Imaginations! Our worship team will be on the MAIN STAGE at the Dayton Fair opening for:

Scheduling Reminder: With school beginning in August this is just a reminder to let A Brighter Day know of any changes regarding your child’s schedule. Many of you have your child placed on a summer schedule and we will need to be notified of a change. Thank you!
A Reminder for Miss Amy’s Class: Miss Amy would like to remind parents to send in a shoe box with 2 of their child’s favorite items so they may have these for a special time in the classroom.
Parent Tip:
Monday, August 15th | 7 pm Dayton Fair $10 (cash only, please) Advance tickets are on sale in the church office M-F 9-3 or Sunday morning.
(16-20 months) Chatter Stretchers—Your toddler may use single words for requests, such as “juice” when he wants a drink. Help him stretch his sentence by saying it for him: “Would you like some juice?” “Say, I want juice, please.” Praise him when he attempts to make the sentence longer.

While at a family function my husband’s aunt Ruth took me aside and we talked.
