THE DANIEL PRAYER CHALLENGE Take ten minutes and pray every morning (perhaps with your spouse, if you have one). Give thanks for God’s faithfulness in the past and then pray: • For a softened heart — one that is not controlled by emotion • For your personal integrity and spiritual growth — that you would seek obedience to God’s Word in every area of life • For the personal challenge(s) you’re facing — that you would have the wisdom to pursue a strategy of faithfulness
Take ten minutes and pray every noon (perhaps alone). Give thanks and then pray: • For your church and spiritual leaders • For your specific church site and community — that God would show you ways to personally experience the joy of ministry • For your civic and government leaders
Take ten minutes and pray every evening (perhaps with your immediate family). Give thanks and then pray: • For your family — that yours would have a spiritual impact in your community • For the other members of your oikos • For our broken world that needs Jesus
