Paris Junior High School’s Career Day gives students view of opportunities Paris Junior High School recently hosted a Career Day. Business and industry representatives talked to students about the training, skills, and education required for careers in their industry.

Among the school’s 39 guest speakers were representatives from Texas Parks and Wildlife, US Department of Agriculture, Kimberly-Clark, Texas Highway Patrol, Paris Regional Medical Center, Toyota of Paris, Paris Lumber and Building Supply, Clint Spencer, D.D.S., Dr. Bert Strom, James O’Brien, DVM, fifteen program representatives from Paris Junior College, mental health counselor Kathy Floyd, Lamar County Constable, Lamar County Chamber of Commerce, photographer Jenn Hollje, and seven Paris ISD employees.
