Error Message If you receive an error message: Error message indicates that you do not have an active email registered to your online banking account. Please contact us immediately at our Mobile Banking and Online Support Call Center using the telephone numbers listed on page 4. Once you’ve provided us with an active email address and you’ve received your Temporary Password, please proceed to Step 2 through Step 3 of this guide.
