RLHCO Password Reset Program Summary: RLHCO Password Reset is a web-based self-service application that allows associates the ability to do the following tasks: • • •

To provide a self-service password change tool to all associates Reduce help desk workload Increase associate productivity with proper password expiry notifications, the ability to update certain profile information, and the ability to change your password at any time.

How to Enroll with RLHCO Password Reset? •
Enrollment is a simple registration process wherein you provide some information about yourself which is used to validate your password reset or account unlock requests. Enrollment is mandatory. Any user that has not enrolled will receive an email notification until they have completed enrollment.
How RLHCO Password Reset verifies your identity? •
Security Questions & Answers: During enrollment, you choose from a set of predefined security questions, and provide the corresponding answers. In the future when you need to reset your password or unlock your account, RLHCO Password Reset will ask you these questions. PR will authenticate your identity using the answers and then allow you to reset the password or unlock the account.
Enrollment using Security Questions and Answers 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
Start and logon into https://passwordreset.rlhco.com with your domain credentials. Click on the "Enrollment" tab. Select the "Security Questions & Answers" tab. At this stage, you will be provided with any or all of the following options (depending on your IT administrator’s choice): At this stage, you will be provided with a list of questions, select 2 Security Questions from the list and answer them.

Once you have answered security questions, hit the ‘Save’ button. You will now get a message stating that your enrollment process was successful. Now you are ready to Login.
How do I change my password?

After your enrollment is complete you will be allowed to change your password. Login to https://passwordreset.rlhco.com There are three tabs: My Info, Change Password, Enrollment. Select the Change Password tab Enter your old password first and then your new password twice. Please pay attention to the Domain Password Policy Requirements listed. Click the Change Password button and you have successfully completed changing your password.

How to unlock your locked-down account? 1. To access this service, log onto the https://passwordreset.rlhco.com com with your credentials. 2. Click the button Unlock Account

To access this service, log onto the https://passwordreset.rlhco.com com with your credentials. The User page would open up. There are three tabs: My Info, Change Password, Enrollment. Select My Info Fill in the desired fields Upload your photo (if required or if you desire so) Click ‘Save’ to update your personal information. Note: The fields that are marked with the ‘*’ symbol are mandatory fields and those fields cannot be left unanswered.
