Thermal sizing / process design of heat exchangers, pressure vessels is carried out by world renowned so ware HTRI and Mechanical design by American Society of Mechanical Engineers ASME Sec on Div-1 & 2, TEMA, API, PV elite So ware, dra ing by engineering tools AutoCAD, under guidance of well experience man power of engineering & design. Loyal Equipment holds ASME “U”, U2” NB and IBR Stamp cer fica on.

Loyal Equipment is equipped with in house NDT facili es like Dye Penetrate (DP) test, Hydro tes ng, Pneuma c tes ng, PMI (posi ve material iden fica on) tes ng and outsources Radiography (X-ray), Ultrasonic (UT). Loyal Equipment is having experienced & qualified skilled man power capable in quality welding with various metallurgy like carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex etc.

MANUFACTURING Loyal Equipment is having kind of latest machineries, tools, skilled man power, handling equipment and various in house facili es for smooth opera on and quality product. We have developed a sound infrastructure base that is subject to regular upgrada on based on technology and working systems. Our company having 28500 sq. meters of land, In which infrastructure is setup over 3526 sq. meters with wellfurnished office spread over an area of 136 sq. meters. Loyal equipment has 6 well-facilitated workshops structured with different capacity of EOT crane, high-tech modern machines and having dedicated areas for Cu ng, Welding, Rolling, SS fabrica on, Finning, Equipment assembly, Shot blas ng, Pain ng etc. Further, Company has an open space available that can be u lized either for material yard and if required for the fabrica on of steel structure.
