PeopleFluent Posting Guide by Broadbean

Posting your Requisition via Broadbean

Once you have created your requisition in PeopleFluent, click the name of the requisition you want to post to Broadbean. Click Job Posting in the primary navigation bar, and click the Actions tab. Within the actions tab, you will see the Aggregator option If the Aggregator panel is not open, click the dropdown icon next to the panel. You will now be able to select the correct Template from the drop down menu

You will then be able to tick the Add box and then click Post. The statuses will then change to show the job as Pending and will turn to Success once the advert has been accepted When the User Status for the posting changes to Success, click the Go to Live Post icon to launch the Broadbean interface

Channel Selection Page

When you first enter the Broadbean system, you will be able to click and select the different channels that are available. The list you will see will be dependant on the permissions set by your Broadbean Administrator. If set up, you will also be able to see the remaining quota or slots that you have with that board. You can choose as many sites as you wish just by clicking the board which will then show a Green Tick. To remove a board, simply click again and this will grey out that channel

Once all of the channels have been selected, you can scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the Continue button. Clicking Continue will then take you to the second step of broadcasting. Depending on which boards you have chosen on this page will depend on which fields are populated on the next stage.

Creating your external posting

Certain key information from your requisition is pulled through from the ATS to Broadbean You will see that your Reference No., Job Title & Job Description also get pulled into the posting form. Job board specific fields need to be populated with the most relevant selections. CTRL + click will allow multi-select on open drop down lists Location can be selected by typing in your location. 60,000 global locations are available. Click to select your chosen location. If you make a mistake, simply follow the process again to choose a new location.

Creating your external posting

Your Job Description will be exported to Broadbean and will be displayed in the way you created it in PeopleFluent. The description field is fully editable but this will not edit the text on your Career Site. You can make use of the HTML Bar to add HTML to your job description. This will only be displayed on boards that support HTML. Plain text will be sent if not supported. You can use the Cut and Paste options if you need to add additional information to your advert You also have a spell check option to make sure your advert has no spelling errors 6

Please ensure that you do not put any contact details in the description of your advert. We send all of your contact information separately to redirect candidate applications to your career site. Click on Continue to be taken to the last stage of posting: Preview & Send

The last page of the posting process will allow you to preview your post before pushing it out to the external Channels Any further mandatory fields will be presented in Red text along with any other important fields that need checking You will not be able to make amendments on this page so if you do need to make changes, you will have an option on this page to go back to the previous screen

Posting Time will allow you to send your requisition up to one week in advance so that you can choose to not send this to the external channels until this time Your Contact Details will be displayed but will not be sent to the boards. We will send Contact Name as your Company Name The Apply Online URL will pull through from the ATS. This is the URL that candidates will be redirected to in order to apply for your jobs Destinations & Advertising Periods allows you to choose how long your adverts will stay live for. The default for most boards is 7, 14, 21 & 28 days but this is different per board Once you are happy with your advert details, click on Send Posting to send your advert 9

Posting Confirmation

Once your advert has been pushed out to the external channels, we will provide you with a confirmation. If there has been any issues with your posting, we will highlight this with a red icon with a cross and display why there has been an issue. All successful posts will show a green icon with a tick This means that the posting has been sent successfully, not that the job is now live. This will be displayed in the ATS Click on Continue to be redirected back into your PeopleFluent account

Job Posting Status and Deletion

In order to see your requisition live on these sites, you will need to go to the boards and run a real time search. You can now close this down and continue back to PeopleFluent to post another requisition. You will also be able to see the status of your position change to posted Broadbean postings cannot be modified. If you want to make a change to a Broadbean job posting, you must remove the existing posting and repost the job. When you repost the job, applicable Broadbean and posting site charges will apply. You must remove the existing posting and repost the job when: • The information in the RMS job post template has changed. • You want to use a different job post template. • The information you entered into Broadbean has changed. • You want to post the job to additional job boards or remove the posting from one or more job boards.

To repost your requisition with the changes made, you simply need to select the new template from the drop down in the Aggregator option for Broadbean and click on Post.

Job Posting Status and Deletion

To remove a requisition, in the workflow tree, click the name of the requisition you want to remove. Click the Job Postings tab and then click the Actions label under the Job Postings tab. Locate the line for the Broadbean aggregator and select the check box in the Remove column and then click the Post button Click the Refresh Panel icon for the Aggregator panel to refresh the panel and display the current User Status of the posting

The Posting Status, User Action & User Status will then clear to show the requisition is no longer live in Broadbean and has been deleted from the external channels.
