Objective: Students will continue a "Cardio" Workout Unit where students will be motivated to complete a 20 minute workout with at least 70% proficiency (ie heart rate remains in the "Target Heart Rate Zone" for the main portion of the workout, excluding the warmup and cool down) This workout is designed to improve the students cardiovascular endurance and will be the focus for the following 4 weeks
Objective: Students will continue their BFS lifting routines. Workout "A" 3x3+, Aux 3x10. Students will be able to perform this workout with at least 80% accuracy. -students will record lifts as well as records set -students books will be checked -Student workout progression will be throughout the class period as well as dependent on their cardiovascular fitness level the end of the hour. ** Student options are run 1 mile, walk 1 and *students will be graded on their a quarter mile, run 1/2 mile walk 3/4 warm-up, flexibility and quarters attitude/effort during the workout

Those topics include: hunger, appetitie, obesity in America, 6 esential nutrients and reading food labels. the quizlet games will be administered following the Holiday Break to help prepare for semester tests! *Students will be graded on their create questions, attentiveness and timlyness of the assignment.
