Nature of Incident: PC 460(A), 314.2, 1203.2 Location of Incident: Ray Lawyer Drive, Placerville Victim(s): Adult Female Suspect(s): Tyler Joseph Mitchell

Narrative: On 9-8-13 at 0250 hours, Tyler Mitchell entered an unlocked apartment occupied by a single 29 year old female and her 6 year old child. The victim awoke to Mitchell alledgedly undressing in her bedroom. The victim demanded him to leave her apartment and ran out of her bedroom while Mitchell re-clothed himself and subsequently left. The victim knew of Mitchell from prior contacts at her apartment complex, but had no reported personal relationship with him. The victim reported the incident to the police department and patrol units actively looked for Mitchell. On 9-9-13 at approximately 1000 hours, Mitchell turned himself in at the Police Department. He has been booked at the El Dorado County jail for residential burglary, indecent exposure, and a violation of probation.
