PDA Planning/Technical Assistance Survey  Survey sent to jurisdictions with PDAs to collect: o Feedback about existing PDA Planning and Technical Assistance programs o Information about PDA planning needs in next 2-3 years

Survey Highlights – PDA Planning  Near-term planning needs reported for Potential PDAs and Planned PDAs  High satisfaction with current planning elements funded through the program, especially EIRs  Strong interest in new program offering for planning staff assistance (93% of survey respondents)
