Also present: Christina Steele (Planning & Zoning Coordinator) Dave Smith (Code Enforcement) 1. Re-plat – George Jenter Re-plat of Lot 12 of Jenter Subdivision. This item was continued from the regular May 7, 2013 P&Z meeting. After clarification regarding the City Limits Boundary, the Commission discussed and approved the request for re-plat.
