Planning Commission Minutes The City of Sturgis Planning Commission held a work session on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, 1040 2nd Street, Sturgis SD. Members present: Arvid Meland, John Gerberding, Kyle Treloar, San Monahan, Suzanne Olson, Judy Hughes, Tammy Bohn, Jason Anderson. Also present: Scott Rovere – Building Inspector Dave Smith – Code Enforcement Officer Daniel Ainslie – City Manager Mike Bachand Pat Kurtenbach - SEDC Heidi Kruse – Sturgis Chamber Chairman Hughes called the meeting to order at 5:00pm. Agenda Items 1.
Discussion on changes to Title 18, In-Home Business. Discussion took place with all present. Staff will provide some draft language for further review prior to a draft being prepared and first reading at a later date. No official action was requested.
Minutes are considered ‘not yet approved’ until formal approval is granted by the Planning Commission.
