PLAY HARD PLAY FOR FUN Fall Youth Basketball League NORTHWEST YMCA Put your hoop hopes in high gear with our basketball league. The Youth Co-Ed Basketball Leagues are for girls and boys ages 5-13 years old. Our Y basketball leagues play with modified rules for each division, teaching fundamentals of the game in a positive and fun atmosphere. Teams practice once a week with games on Saturdays. Each player receives a jersey and award. In our basketball leagues, volunteer coaches teach kids all of the game’s fundamentals dribbling, shooting, balance, sportsmanship and teamwork.
