Moderated Poster Session Information A poster session is designed to permit the author to explain and illustrate his/her concepts, techniques or research findings in a manner that will promote understanding more readily than does a “rapid fire” podium address. Authors must be present during the entire session to respond to questions from the audience, which will be moderated. Format Speakers will have a total of 5 minutes for presentation. This includes three (3) minutes for presentation, followed by two (2) minutes for questions and discussion. You are permitted to have a maximum of 5 slides to accompany your presentation.
