Closing Down & Thru Balls
Place 2 sticks on the penalty spot. Player always starts from the top of the D. Keeper always starts from goal line. Player either dribbles in or pushes a thru ball.

Near Post shots
Keeper starts on the inside of the stick, which is placed on an angle of 4, 3 or 2 . Players says “go” and K must move in front of stick and set for shot.
