Place 6 cones in a straight line with a space of 1-‐yard between. GK step b/w cones and land on opposite side in a ready stance. Repeat.
RECOVERY
Seated Rocker
Keeper squats down and rolls onto back, rock forward by tucking inside knee, standing up onto both feet.
RECEIVING
Basket, Smother, Mid Basket, Contour saves
Keeper shuffles towards opposite set of cones. Sets for shot and makes the save. Then repeat the movement and save going back the o ther w ay.
DIVING High
Kneeling, 1-‐Knee Kneeling, Standing dives
Keeper makes the appropriate diving save while receiving a service from a distance of 10-‐yards away in the air.
