General Directions Pattern is based of 40” usable fabric (selvedge to selvedge). Unless otherwise noted, use a ¼” seam allowance. Press seams open (this is just how I prefer to do it). Please read complete pattern before cutting fabric. WOF = Width of Fabric. LOF = Length of Fabric.

Construction 1. Combine 3 of Piece A, 2 of Piece B, 4 of Piece C, 1 of Piece D and 1 of Piece E to make Row 1 as shown below. Repeat to make 2 of Row 1. Row 1 should measure 7 ½” x 40 ½”.

Construction 3. Combine 2 of Row 1, 2 of Row 2, 3 of Focus Stripe, and 6 of Sashing to make Quilt Center as shown below. Quilt Center should measure 40 ½” x 52 ½”.

Construction 4. Add Border 1, Sides, then Border 1, Top & Bottom. 5. Combine 13 of Piece F and 14 of Piece G to create Border 2, Sides. Combine 12 of Piece F and 11 of Piece G to create Border 2, Top & Bottom. Add Border 2, Sides, then Border 2, Top & Bottom. 6. Add Border 3, Sides, then Border 3, Top & Bottom. 7. Add Border 4, Sides, then Border 4, Top & Bottom.

Finishing 8. Cut backing fabric into 2 pieces and combine. 9. Layer quilt top, batting and backing. Baste and quilt. 10. Sew the Binding strips together, end to end with 45-degree seams. Fold this long strip in half lengthwise with wrong sides together. Sew the binding to the front of the quilt, raw edges together. Turn the folded edge to the back, and hand stitch in place. 12. Make sure you add a label to your quilt.
