Like a conversation, select the team members involved, in this case Stella and Amanda Then scroll down
A projection asks individual team members to express their view between two competing scenarios by allocating 100% between the two. The secret to a good projection is that it should be both clear and carefully designed to either show the differences in opinion, or illustrate the excessive similarities, within the team. In this occasion, as $100/barrel seems to be intrinsic to the difference of opinion, so how about asking for a Projection on “Will crude oil return to over $100/barrel within the next 3 months?”
After returning to Projections Overview the relevant team members get notified by email that they have been asked to project. (Again as the coach’s email notification is not active the coach should press REFRESH (“F5” OR “CMD/APPLEKEY + R”) to refresh every 20-30 seconds during this demo)

These are now officially recorded projections that are automatically archived so that the coach can conveniently and objectively play them back as a gentle reminder in pertinent moments Now, assume that while the tension between team members remains, external events drive up the oil price from $60 to $77 in just a week. Re-ask the same projection and then engage the two team members in a conversation.
