Unit#109: The membrane repairsoutsideUnit#109havebeencompleted, There was an additional,significant,drainage problem identifiedby Mastercraft andCouncilapproved havinga custombuiltdrainpipeinstalled to ensurethatthereareno futureproblems in thisarea. 5. DrverVent Cleanino:The dryervent cleaninghas beencompletedfor the outstandino units. 6 . Unit#217: Had experienced a leakin theirunit resulting fromfailureof the

urelhanemembrane.The repairwas completedby MastercraftRoofing. 7 . Unit #307: Also reporteda small leak, MastercrallRoofing attendedto

severalsmall repairs. lt did not appearthat it was anythingsignificantthat causedthe leak. 8 . Unit# 303:The previouslyreportedrepairto the balconyof this unit (minutes

of the March27,2007 Councilmeeting)was describedin errct "asthe bracket that attachesthe balconyto the wall", the actual bracket that is broken attaches the qlassto the railinq. Thisrepairremainsoutstanding as options being looked are intoso the railingdoesnot needto be completely removed andtakenawayto be welded. 9 . Elevator:Duringa firealarmit was noticedthatthe elevator did not returnto

the nrainfloor. CouncildirectedBaysideto inquirewithFiretronics whetherit is in the fire/building codethat,in the eventof an emergency the elevator shouldreturnto the mainfloor. Firetronics and notedthatthereis resoonded nothingin the codethat saysthe elevalormustreturnto the mainfloor, FINANCIAL REPORTS 1. Councilwill be proceedingwith this at a yet to be determined date. MDEElectrical willalsobe contacted for a ouoteto add an additional lightto brighten up thebikerackarea.

ProiectList: Councllwill revisitsome itemson the projectlist such as; an automatic lock in the storagearea,motionsensorlighting,and Councilhas directed Baysideto contactXpertMechanical aboutcostsfor regularplumbing maintenance inspections. Therebeingno furtherbusiness to discuss,the meetingwas terminated at 9:00 p.m.on a motionby Art MacKenzie. The next meetingis tentatively scheduled for TuesdayJune 19, 2AA7at 7:0C o.m.in unil#221.
