For the summer, MYSA can’t help over the summer. It’s just during the season. There are multiple types of tournaments over the summer. Our goal is to help you warm up for or finish the season. o Piscataway tournament, MYSA does always assist. We will assess financial situation at the end of the summer. And see how much we can assist. o If we do wind up with fewer training costs, we might be able to help out with more tournaments. o Registrations this year have pretty much equaled expenses. Last year we were short a few thousand. We are being more conservative because of this this year. We have used up our nest egg. o Need more fundraising efforts - the fundraising puts us over that level. Q: What are the Amazon affiliate earnings? A: Not great - can get details - *** need to get this amount. *** keep promoting. Hoopsmania - $700 take - was a little down from previous years. Other Fundraising Suggestions? Wendy’s night? Field Update Every team has been lining the fields. Thanks to the coaches. Work Bond Discussion and Vote Over the past few years. We have noticed that it’s the same people from each team who are the volunteers. How many kids on the teams? How many parents? We want parents to be involved. A number of towns in our area go to work bonds. In addition to the registration, you put up a work bond fee. If you don’t meet the requirements, we keep the money. If you do, then you get it back. This does give an incentive to parents. We are thinking of a $75 check for 2 hours of your time. Field lining. Field setup. Field cleanup. Field manager, equipment manager. Assistant coach/team manager - pay work bond, but you get it back. If you’re on the board or a head coach, no work bond; field manager, equipment manager. Online programs. - sign up for that week’s work of activities. Sign off by team rep, assigned get signatures. Turn in to us. Per family. One work bond. 2 hours. Field painting machines? How many? 5 machines. Jorge has extra machine. Passes - work bond next year. Credit card? We will look at how our system works. Vin to look into that.
Q: will paint stick in the wet field? A: Yes. It will stick. It will last 24 hours
