The Telecoming Group was established in 2008, made up of five companies specialising in new technologies and the online environment:

Telecoming Connectivity Solutions: An integrator that provides technology and connectivity to others, in order to monetize digital content.

Telecoming Payment Solutions: The first Payment Entity in Spain specialised in online payments. Telecoming Media Solutions: An agency specialising in Online Marketing and digital content.

Telecoming Business Solutions: An enterprise specialised in quality corporate communications. Telecoming Information Services: A company offering a wide ranging portfolio of business reports and online procedures.

After consolidating into a Group, The Telecoming Group has become a referent in Spain in terms of innovation applied to communications and digital business. Our wide technological services portfolio let us invoice 36.5 million Euros in 2013, a 41% growth from 2012. Our five companies work with the commitment of leading the technological future in each market. In January 2014, The Telecoming Group was honoured with The Best Business Practice Award in terms of Employment Creation. We received the prize from the Secretary of State Commerce, Jaime García-Legaz and John Scott, President of KPMG Spain, in the first edition of El Confidencial and KPMG Awards.

Telecoming Connectivity Solutions: Top integrator in the Spanish market, specialists in telecommunications surcharge solutions Telecoming Connectivity Solutions is a telecommunications company that develops a wide range of services for voice and mobile premium-rate numbering. It was established in Spain in 2008 by a group of professionals with wide experience in the

telecommunications sector. It has direct connections with Access Operators in different countries, making it the most complete integrator in terms of connectivity. Telecoming Connectivity Solutions provides the necessary technology to implement the added value services adapted to each business model. Today it is the only provider with a service that integrates all existing phone billing systems on the market. Telecoming Connectivity Solutions' headquarters is in Madrid, and it operates in more than 60 countries. Our international premium network of connections let us create secure and instantaneous communications both for Advanced Voice Services and Mobile Services, offering products and solutions for online environments. We base our business model on the sale of innovative and creative solutions for monetizing contents.

Pagantis, the new generation in online payments Telecoming Payment Solutions is a Spanish Payment Entity authorised by the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness. It specialises in online payments via its product, Pagantis, operating under the supervision of the Bank of Spain since 2012. TPS has a

double authorisation: the management of on-site and off-site payments via telecommunication devices and the

issue of new payment methods. Within these pillars resides the capacity to develop online payment alternatives that meet the security and usability conditions demanded by consumers. TPS presents a complete and innovative payment solution for the e-commerce and m-commerce sectors by uniting its technological nature with its banking status: Pagantis, that was developed as an online payment service for credit and debit cards from any country in the world. The virtual POS of Pagantis is is usable, modern and secure, with a simple integration that allows companies to start selling in 48 hours without changing their bank. This is the first payment solution designed by e-commerce specialists in order to simplify the payment process, increasing conversation rates. Telecoming Payment Solutions is integrated into the Euro 6000 payment scheme, processing operations with all of the credit cards on the market via its direct agreements with Visa and MasterCard. In 2013 the EURO 6000 system moved, as issuer and receiver, 54,896 million Euros and processed 858 million operations with a park of 10.7 million cards, 19,706 cash machines and 169,100 subscribed shops.
