Telecoming Business Solutions: An enterprise specialised in quality corporate communications. Telecoming Information Services: A company offering a wide ranging portfolio of business reports and online procedures.

The Telecoming Group is today a referent in Spain in terms of innovation applied to communications and digital business. Our wide technological services portfolio let us invoice 36.5 million Euros in 2013, a 41% growth from 2012. Our five companies work with the commitment of leading the technological future in each market. In January 2014, The Telecoming Group was honoured with The Best Business Practice Award in terms of Employment Creation. We received the prize from the Secretary of State Commerce, Jaime García-Legaz and John Scott, President of KPMG Spain, in the first edition of El Confidencial and KPMG Awards.

Telecoming Connectivity Solutions: Top integrator in the Spanish market, specialists in telecommunications surcharge solutions Telecoming Connectivity Solutions is a telecommunications company that develops a wide range of services for voice and mobile premium-rate numbering. It was established in Spain in 2008 by a group of professionals with wide experience in the
telecommunications sector. It has direct connections with Access Operators in different countries, making it the most complete integrator in terms of connectivity. Telecoming Connectivity Solutions provides the necessary technology to implement the added value services adapted to each business model. Today it is the only provider with a service that integrates all existing phone billing systems on the market. Telecoming Connectivity Solutions' headquarters is in Madrid, and it operates in more than 60 countries. Our international premium network of connections let us create secure and instantaneous communications both for Advanced Voice Services and Mobile Services, offering products and solutions for online environments. We base our business model on the sale of innovative and creative solutions for monetizing contents.

The services cover the complete value chain in an advertising campaign: creativities, media planning, purchasing slots, SEO, SEM, measuring and optimising
campaigns in real time with web analytics. With a wide-ranging view of global online marketing, our procedures are designed to optimise the clients' investments, independently of the advertising model chosen. Composed of a team with wide digital

Telecoming Business Solutions specialises in quality corporate communications: Telecoming Business Solutions is a 100% Spanish company, made up of a professional team specialised in corporate communications. It was established in Spain in 2010, originally named INRevolution and offering an open platform for
clients' needs, aimed at offering value to company’s communications. After its integration into The Telecoming Group, it established itself in the market with the first 100% multi-channel offer and a firm commitment to technological innovation. Telecoming Business Solutions
has developed the
most modern
communications management software on the Spanish market: the Virtual Center 360º, an intelligent network platform configurable according to each company’s needs. Pioneers in cloud technology, we eliminate investments in local mechanisms promoting the cloud computing model of pay-per-use. Virtual Center 360º manages in a single control panel, all the customer contacts from the moment they reach the company through any channel until his problem is solved. During this “journey” through the solution, the company can use its previously configured functions: recording the incoming call, forwarding calls between agents, the creation of a forwarding menu per department, real-time statistical analytics, coordination with an internal CRM…etc. All of the technology is supported by an advanced technical structure and multi-operator technology that does not interfere with any previous global communications agreement, making it completely adaptable to any company. Cloud communications require very strict security measures, both in retrieving the information and in the management of personal data.
