Welcome to Procter Center Procter Camp and Conference Center is an ideal location for your next conference, retreat, or family reunion. Our peaceful refuge is located within an hour of three metropolitan areas; an easy drive to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Our pastoral setting of 1,200 acres spurs creativity, team building, and spiritual reflection. Modern meeting rooms, a stunning chapel, hotel-‐like lodging, and cozy cabins are nestled along the shores of our spring fed lake and rolling hills. Recreational opportunities include swimming, tennis, fishing, hiking, boating, softball, basketball, hayrides and campfires.

Based on an estimate of event costs, a 50% deposit fee is required to secure the dates. The remainder of your event fees will be due on or before the date. We prefer one contact person per group, with whom we can communicate regularly regarding event details, numbers of participants, and other event logistics. We will contact you two weeks prior to your event in order to get the most accurate number of expected participants. We have a full service-‐dining hall and can accommodate any special dietary requests and meal times to fit your event schedule. Generally we serve meals at 8:00am, noon, and 6:00pm. Tea and coffee are always available in the Dining Hall, small fee for availability in meeting spaces. Pets must remain outside and on leashes…we have many visitors at Procter and some may be allergic. Although not permitted in the buildings, smoking is allowed outside on one of our porches. Should you need to cancel your event, we will refund your entire deposit with a 60-‐day advance notice, after that we will retain your deposit as a cancellation fee.

Double occupancy $49 per person Single occupancy $70 per person Blanchard Commons: 3 cottages connected by a central meeting area. Each cottage accommodates 12 -16 people, twin beds, common bath and shower facilities, kitchenette, linens provided upon request. Episcopal Service: no fee Other Services: $100 per day Weddings: Elegant Package ($1,000) Exquisite Packages ($1,400) -Labyrinth: our stone labyrinth is a wonderfully quiet setting that provides a sacred space for reflection, no fee -Bonfire: sit around the campfire with friends for a traditional camp s’more, $10 per evening/night -Pool: $12 per hour for certified lifeguard, 2-hour per person $5, or rent for an 5 hour block $200 -Non Motorized Boating: 3-hour per person $25 -Fishing: Free for guests, equipment available upon request
