Terms Compensation plans can be overwhelming, but we believe they don’t have to be. We have created this simple and logical list of terms to help familiarize yourself with how to maximize the Prosperity Plan. Please study these terms carefully and refer back to them as needed. Independent Executive (IE) — A person who enrolls to receive Zrii product at the wholesale price and distributes to others at retail value. As independent business owners, IEs may also qualify to earn commissions based on their efforts. Preferred Customer (PC) — A customer who has completed a Zrii Customer Application and Agreement and purchases products directly from Zrii at the PC price. Preferred Customers may participate in Zrii’s EZ-Order program and receive a selection of Zrii products automatically each month.
Leg — A Leg comprises the first-level position and all positions under it. The Enroller Tree has no limit on the amount of legs, whereas the Placement (Binary) Tree has two legs, Left and Right. Enroller — The person who signs up a new IE, PC, or RC with Zrii. Sometimes the Enroller and the Sponsor are the same person. (See the definition of Sponsor.)
Retail Customer (RC) — A customer that purchases product at the Retail Price.
Sponsor (Placement Sponsor) — An Independent Executive under whom you place a new Independent Executive and is listed as the Sponsor on the Independent Executive Application and Agreement.
EZ Order —Receiving Zrii product automatically each month. Signing up for an EZ Order will ensure that you will remain in Active status for commissions.
Presenter — An Independent Executive who is designated to teach new prospects about the Prosperity Plan and the Zrii products and their benifits.
Active — To be Active for a weekly pay period, an IE must have an order of 65 CV or greater every 5 weeks. To be Active in a monthly period, an IE must have an order of 65 CV or greater in the calendar month. One order can satisfy both of these requirements. Being Active is a requirement for all bonuses.
Generation — A generation begins with an IE who meets some minimum qualification and ends with the next IE who meets those same qualifications. Generations may incorporate numerous levels of IEs. (See Example in Matching Section.)
Qualified — To become Qualified an IE must be Active in the pay period and have one personally enrolled Active IE in each Placement Tree leg in the pay period Commissionable Volume (CV) — The value assigned to specific products upon which commissions are paid. Pay Period — For weekly bonuses this runs from Monday to Sunday. For monthly bonuses and Ranks this is the calendar month. Qualification Period — For weekly qualifications this is the Pay Period and 4 weeks back, totaling 5 weeks. For Monthly qualifications this is the calendar month. Banked Volume — Any excess volume that is not paid out is banked and carried forward to the next pay period as long as the IE is Active and has a personally enrolled Active IE in that Placement Tree leg. See Appendix C for more information on banked volume.
2
Level — The layers of downline Independent Executives in your downline. This term refers to your relationship relative to a particular upline, determined by the number of Independent Executives between you who are related by sponsorship. For example, if you are the Sponsor of B, B is the Sponsor of C, C is the Sponsor of D, and D is the Sponsor of E, then E is on your fourth level. (Not to be confused with Generations.) Pay Leg — The lesser leg of the Placement Tree in a pay period after Banked Volume is added. Pay Leg will also include personally enrolled PCs and RCs CV, plus PV over 240 in the calendar month. Power Leg — The leg in the Placement Tree that has the most Commissionable Volume after Banked Volume is added. Sometimes referred to as your greater leg. Personal Volume (PV) — The commissionable value of products sold in a pay period by the company to you.
Enroller Tree Downline — All first-level (personally enrolled) IEs/PCs/RCs and their personally enrolled and so on, until the end of the Enroller Tree is reached.
Rank — Your monthly rank at which you qualify for commissions as determined by the Zrii Prosperity Plan. Previous monthly Rank will determine current weekly bonus eligibility.
Placement (Binary) Tree Downline — All first-level IEs and their first level IEs and so on, until the end of the Placement Tree is reached. An IE will only have a maximum of two IEs on the first level.
Title — The title associated with the highest monthly rank you have ever achieved in the Prosperity Plan, also known as Lifetime Rank.

01 Enroller Bonus
05 Pacesetter Bonus
The Enroller Bonus quickly rewards you with immediate income for growing your business.
The Pacesetter Bonus is designed to reward new IEs who achieve either a 1, 2, or 3 star rank within their first full month in the business. As a new IE, you will have the opportunity to earn a one-time bonus payout based on your efforts during the crucial first full month after enrollment. This one-time bonus provides incentive and motivation to hit the ground running and is paid in addition to any other bonuses you may earn. You may advance past a rank and still be qualified for the lower rank's bonus. The following payouts are rewarded according to effort:
Earn up to 20% on any new Independent Executive’s or Preferred Customer’s first order's CV with 50% of the CV counting in the Placement Tree. Enroller will receive 15% when accumulative lifetime PV is below 220, and 20% when accumulative lifetime PV is at 220 or above.
02 Presenter Bonus The Presenter is a leader in the business that helps other IEs along the road to success by presenting the Zrii opportunity to potential IEs and PCs. The Presenter of a new Independent Executive or Preferred Customer will receive up to 10% of the new Independent Executive’s or Preferred Customer’s first order's CV. Percentage earned is based on Enroller's accumulative lifetime PV. 10% is earned if Enroller's LTV is less than 220, 5% is Enroller's LTV is 220 or more. To earn the presenter bonus you must be a 3 Star or above. 2 Stars can earn 50% of the Presenter Bonus. You may be both the Enroller and Presenter.
3
03 PC Bonus When a PC is enrolled the Enroller will also receive a PC bonus on the new PC's first order and every subsequent order. The PC bonus amount is the difference in price between the wholesale and PC price.
04 Retail Bonus When a Retail Customer purchases Zrii products the Enroller will receive a Retail Bonus on all orders placed by the RC. The RC bonus amount is the difference in price between the wholesale and RC price.

• Achieve 1 Star: earn $100 • Achieve 2 Star: earn $300 • Achieve 3 Star: earn $600 * Pacesetter Bonus will be paid the following month for all rapid advances (advancements past the rank of the bonus). Otherwise Pacesetter Bonuses will be paid after rank is held for 3 of 6 months.
06 Leadership Points This tracking system allows Zrii to pinpoint hard working leaders and reward them accordingly. By earning Leadership Points you will be helping your organization grow and be able to qualify for additional bonuses. If you earn over 25 points in a single month you may use the overage for the following two months, up to 5 points a month. Below is a chart of what all IEs should be focusing on to successfully build Zrii nation! EARNING LEADERSHIP POINTS 1 Leadership Point can be earned for each of the following activities; • Personal enrollment of IE/PC* • Presentation of enrolled IE/PC* • Presenter for initial orders of 220 CV or greater • IEs personal rank advancement (Number of points is directly correlated with Lifetime Star Rank) • IE’s personally enrolled rank advancements (Number of points is directly correlated with Lifetime Star Rank) *New enrollment's order must be a minimum of 65CV to qualify for Leadership Points.
07 Team Commissions Upon joining Zrii as an IE, you are given a Business Center position in your enroller’s downline that represents the top of your new organization. From there, your personal downline is organized into a two-team structure with two sides or “legs”. For simplicity, all of your business is built under these two teams. Your lesser leg is designated as your pay leg and is used to determine your Team Commissions, while your greater leg is sometimes referred to as your power leg. This powerful two-team structure, or placement tree, allows for cooperative team building and is designed to encourage growth by providing significant financial rewards. Best of all, you get paid through an unlimited depth within your organization! Team Commissions are paid weekly at 10% of CV accumulated on your lesser or pay leg for each weekly commission period. To qualify for Team Commissions during any given week, you must: • Be an Active IE—Active is defined as having at least 65 PV during that week's Qualification Period. • Be a Qualified IE—Qualified is defined as having two personally enrolled IEs (one on each leg of the Placement Tree) who are Active for that week's Qualification Period. placement tree YOU (120 PV)
Total CV=10,000
Total CV=7,500
Banked Volume=2,500 COMMISSIONS: $750 *Team Commissions are paid weekly while rank qualifications are based on a calendar month.
Team Commissions Example If you have an organization that has one leg generating 7,500 CV (7,500 in total commissionable volume during the week) and your other leg generates 10,000 CV, your Team Commissions will be $750 (10% of 7,500 CV— your pay leg.)
08 Team Bonus Qualified IEs with a Paid As Rank of of 4 star or above can earn an additional 2% on their pay leg in a calendar month. This additional payout will occur on a monthly basis. Leadership Points are required to receive this additional commission. To earn an additional 1% you must have 15 Leadership Points in a calendar month. To earn an additional 2% you must have 25 Leadership Points in a calendar month.
09 Matching Bonus with Dynamic Compression
Our powerful Matching Bonus program rewards our IEs as they begin taking on an important leadership role in the field. By the time you reach the 5 Star rank in the Prosperity Plan, you are beginning to prove yourself as a leader. Now, as you focus on building and duplicating your groups, you will be rewarded for helping those below you do the same. Duplication and leadership are fundamental keys to success, and you will now have the responsibility to help train others while being rewarded handsomely in the process.
4
This program allows you to earn a matching check on the weekly team commissions paid to Independent Executives you personally enroll, the IEs they personally enroll, etc. through 5 dynamically compressed generations in your Enroller Tree. Dynamic compression refers to the concept that you will be paid not only on your personal enrollments but down through numerous levels until the next qualified IE is found. A generation ends when the next IE that is qualified to earn that same generation is found, regardless of depth. As you increase in rank, your generational matching goes even deeper! However, keep in mind that the matching bonus also

pays out through unlimited width (in your Enrollment Tree), and so as you continually enroll new IEs you will continue growing your income regardless of what is happening below you. To qualify for Matching Bonus during any given month, you must:
Dynamic Compression Changes Everything! Once you understand dynamic compression, you’ll realize it’s much more powerful than paying on levels. It can reward you with big dividends and help your organization grow.

This graphic, where color represents generation, is for illustrative purposes only. This is to demonstrate how dynamic compression works.
Matching Bonus Example Let’s presume you are a qualified 7 Star who has enrolled four IEs: Brandon, Renee, Debbie, and Jason. Since you are a 7 Star, you are qualified to earn 20% on your 1st generation, 10% of your 2nd generation, and 5% of your 3rd and 4th generation enrollees. What does this actually mean? Well, Renee's leg does not have anyone higher than a 2 Star, so you will receive 20% of Renee's weekly team commissions, plus 20% of everyone else’s weekly Team Commissions all the way to the bottom of that particular leg in the Enrollment tree. Everyone underneath Renee in that leg would be considered 1st generation because nobody else achieved one of the ranks eligible for matching bonus (at least a 5 Star), so you would earn 20% on everyone in that leg. However, Debbie's leg is a little different. Since Debbie is a 7 Star you would receive 20% of her weekly Team Commissions which ends the 1st generation. Then you would receive 10% on everyone up to an including Sally because she is another 7 Star and represents the end of the 2nd generation. Below Sally you would earn 5% on everyone up to and including Alan—this is your 3rd generation. Your 4th generation includes everyone under Alan through Joe, another 7 Star. As a 7 Star, you would stop earning Matching Bonus below Joe on this leg. Once you progress to 8 Star, you could tap into the 5th generation of matching that would represent everyone beneath Joe.
10 Leadership Pool The Leadership Pool is a revenue sharing bonus that is earned by qualified 8 Stars and above. Qualified IEs share in 1% of the total global CV. You can earn one share in the pool for every 500 CV increase in your pay leg in a month*. You must maintain equal or greater CV on your power leg. Banked volume is not used when calculating shares for the Leadership Pool. leadership pool Example Rosa is a qualified 8 Star and had 105,000 CV in her pay leg in February. In March, Rosa had 109,000 CV. Because she had a 4,000 CV increase, she earned eight shares in the Leadership Pool. *A single share can be worth up to 10% of the Leadership Pool, with a maximum of 25% of the pool per individual.
11 Achievement Bonus One-time Achievement Bonuses—totaling more than $1,000,000—are available as you achieve and maintain each rank, beginning with the rank of 7 Star. In order to receive a rank advancement bonus, you must maintain the rank for a specified number of months (see table below), beginning with the first month of advancement, before earning the bonus. 7 Star–10 Star

In addition, you may advance past a rank and still be qualified for the lower rank. Achievement bonus Example In August, Matt is a qualified 5 Star. 12 Premium Executive Rewards Founder’s Bonus
Car Bonus
The Founder's Bonus rewards those who help launch new markets. In order to participate in this bonus, you must attain the rank of 7 Star within the first year of a new market launch; 7 Star qualification is required in each new market to participate.
When you reach 4 Star or higher, you qualify for monthly reimbursements for a vehicle*.
If you are an IE who would like to participate in a new market, you must build your volume to the equivalent of a 7 Star within one year of entering that market. If you qualify for this bonus, you will earn one share of 1% of the new market’s commissionable sales in the first year.
7 Star: up to $500/month
The bonus continues at a rate of 1 share of 1% sales in each successive year, as long as you maintain 7 Star for 9 of 12 months in the subsequent fiscal years. You may qualify for the Founder’s Bonus in more than one market by earning the equivalent of 7-Star volume within that market during the first year of its launch. One IE cannot earn more than 25% of the pool.

Appendix A Executive Ranks Qualifications that you earn maximum dollars while still protecting the integrity of the compensation plan.
There are three qualifiers that establish rank:
1. Qualified: You must have a minimum of 65 PV in the calendar month and 2 personally enrolled IEs with 65 PV or greater in the calendar month, one in each placement tree leg. (4 Stars and above require a minimum of 120 PV or greater).
Example: To qualify as a 4 Star, you must (1) be Qualified and have a monthly PV of at least 120, (2) have at least 12,000 of total CV in your placement tree with the lesser of the two legs having at least 6,000, and (3) have at least 5,000 in enrollment tree volume from your personally enrolled IEs; note that the most that can come from any one enrollment tree leg is 3,500.
2. Minimum Pay Leg CV: To reach the designated ranks, your placement tree Pay Leg CV must meet the minimum requirements listed below. 3. Enrollment Tree: To achieve rank you must achieve a minimum amount of volume in your enrollment tree legs with a cap on the maximum you can use per leg. This requirement ensures

Appendix B Earnings and Payout Total Company Payout The Zrii Prosperity Plan guarantees that 50% of commissionable product purchases will be paid to the field through the lifetime of the program. This means that if we ever pay less than 50% in any given pay period, the balance will be escrowed to pay for future pay periods. This is especially important when calculating our huge one-time Achievement Bonuses, which can be achieved at any time by hard-working IEs. MINIMUM/MAXIMUM PAYOUT THRESHOLDS A payout will occur for an IE when the minimum payout threshold of $24 USD is met. For current currency conversion rates contact Executive Support. To further protect the opportunity for our IEs and preserve the viability of the Prosperity Plan, Zrii has instituted maximum payouts that prevent the plan from paying out more than it should.
Total monthly Payout The column to the right represents an IE's total maximum payout per month (per business center), which includes Team Commissions, Matching Bonus, and Leadership Pool.

Appendix C Banked Volume Banked volume is leftover or unused volume that is carried forward to the next commission period. Banked volume is a benefit to help protect future payout or rank advancements. When you earn Team Commissions, your pay leg CV is subtracted from your power leg CV. The leftover volume remaining on your strong or power leg is carried forward or banked to be used in future periods. This ensures that you always earn the maximum payout possible as long as you remain qualified to continue banking your volume.
11
You begin accumulating and banking volume as soon as you have a personally enrolled Active IE in that leg. From
that pay period forward, the unused volume in that leg will carry forward until it is paid out or until you no longer have a personally enrolled Active IE in that leg. Once you become Qualified, your lesser or pay leg will begin to pay out Team Commissions. If you are not Active or do not have an personally enrolled Active IE within that weekly Qualification Period in that leg, your banked volume will reset in that leg. Your Banked Volume will also be used for Rank calculations each month. The starting Banked Volume value from the first weekly Pay Period in that month will be added to that leg when your Rank is calculated.

Please note: • Volume begins to accumulate in a leg once you have a personally enrolled Active IE in that leg. • Power leg volume may be banked for a maximum of 52 rolling weeks. After 52 rolling weeks, the first week’s volume will expire. • If you are not Active in a weekly Pay Period, all banked volume is reset to zero.
Appendix D Banked Team Commissions An IE has the ability to bank Team Commissions that are withheld because of the Team Commission Earnings Potential. The maximum an IE can bank is for the previous 3 rolling months, there is no maximum to the amount that can be banked. The banked Team Commission will be paid out during the monthly
commission run for the month that the IE rank advances. This banked Team Commissions payout will be excluded from the current paid as rank Team Commission Potential. If an IE drops in Rank, their Team Bank will be reset.

In this example the 4 Star has earned $200 more than is allowable by the Team Commission Potential. Because the IE is able to rank advance within 3 months (paid as rank in October is 5 Star, based on September volume) the IE is paid the $200 that was capped with the monthly commission run. This example shows the longest period possible, longer than the time frame shown above and the $200 will be lost.

Appendix E Auto Placement We have taken a lot of the guesswork out of the process and created a unique default placement algorithm that automatically places your newly sponsored IEs in the best possible place to maximize your income and motivate your downline to build their organization. From the moment you join, this “autopilot” feature will be set during the enrollment process so you can train your
new enrollees without having to worry about placement. The placement algorithm will automatically place the new IE in the leg that has the least amount of volume. From there, the system finds the first available node on the outside leg. If you would prefer to place a new IE in a specific location you have that option during the enrollment process of the new IE.
Example (default placement)
13
BOB (120 PV)
Dave (8,240 CV)
SUSAN (6,000 CV)
JIM (2,000 CV)
Bob’s new enrollee is auto-placed below Jessica because:
Heather (600 CV)
JEFF (65 PV) Bob’s new enrollee (120 PV)
JESSICA (120 PV)
• Heather is Bob’s pay leg • Jessica is Heather’s outside leg Bob now has additional pay leg volume, which increases his earnings, and Heather and Jessica have additional power leg volume, which increases their potential earnings.
