Your board ad will live forever in action photos! With thousands of photos on the ECRHL Facebook page, your advertisement serves as the backdrop as photos are shared across the internet! Check them out at facebook.com/ECRHL Location! The rink is located between the Groton Public Library and the Groton Senior Center, additionally exposing your advertisement to their patrons seven days a week. 7 days a week, the rink is open! As a public park, the Groton Hockey Rink is accessible for a variety of activities, including birthday parties, pick-up hockey games, dek hockey programs and recreational skating.

Groton Parks and Recreation agrees to provide dasher board space (30”x 72”) to Sponsor for placement of an agreed upon sponsorship ad for the duration indicated above, beginning when the advertising is installed at the Groton Outdoor Hockey Rink. All vector artwork for this ad will be submitted to Groton Parks and Recreation by the sponsor, who will then forward it to a producer for production. All artwork will be approved by the Sponsor and Groton Parks and Recreation before being produced or placed at the Groton Hockey Rink. Groton Parks and Recreation will be responsible for all costs associated with producing the final artwork. Although ads are printed on strong vinyl material and are laminated, dasher boards are exposed to the weather and contact from sticks, pucks, or players and are subject to marking and fading. If at any time the advertisement becomes so marred in the judgment of Groton Parks and Recreation or the sponsor as to limit viewing of the ad, the Sponsor agrees to replace the dasher board advertisement at their expense. Should the Sponsor wish to change the layout of the ad during this contract, it will be at the expense of the Sponsor. Renewals: If in the opinion of Groton Parks and Recreation and the sponsor, the current dasher board ad is in acceptable condition and the sponsor does not wish to make any changes to the ad, Groton Parks and Recreation and the sponsor agree to the reduced renewal fee. All conditions stated above remain in effect for the duration of the renewal. I agree to the terms and conditions of dasher board advertising stated above.
